Can't set breakpoint on where the cursor stands.

I can't step on source files from "hot reloaded" dlls

When I compile and reload a dll, stepping through the source files doesn't work anymore, only on disassembly.

1. If you previously left the directory bar empty and press ctrl+o to look for files, it doesn't display any files, then if you press "up one directory" a "/"appears...

File changes randomly stop being detected.
