Nvm about this, i got it working i made a little mistake closing this issue
okay sorry but the bans do not work right the player still comes back when the player is Permanently banned but every other features works right
is this fixable ?

Why not just use foxguard pretty much the same as WorldGuard https://forums.spongepowered.org/t/api-5-x-6-x-foxguard-the-flexible-world-protection-solution/9952
then suggest feature to be added for foxguard on their github but just learn how to use them youtube it or read the information that is provided,
Why not just go to his github and click on "Watch" it can send emails when he works on it instead of bugging him, we only have select few devs...
