A higher TTL didn't make a difference unfortunately....
I understand that brew is better but I use clair3 as a dependency so it not being available on bioconda means my whole pipeline cannot run natively on apple silicon,...
I understand not having enough resources to maintain everything (I have too much to maintain myself), so long as `Clair3-applesilicon` builds for amd64 and aarch64 I think that would work...

That's because pixi is trying to install a super old version since it's `noarch` meaning compatible with arm. `0.1.10` probably
