Obfuscate player health to other players

This prevents clients knowing what another player their health is. Obfuscation happens at entity tracker level & the health will always be obfuscated to 0.5 (unless you die).

Multi version proxy

Interesting proxy would be for example a 1.12.2 proxy that can join 1.13 servers and convert packets to 1.12.2 so you have a multi version proxy layer
