train loss is to high when i run train.py in train/voc-fcn.is it normal?

Hi, Thanks for your great job, I find you use transpose in https://github.com/198808xc/OrganSegC2F/blob/bd2c4002a3457ea2f6a63c2cdd468843d5964ff7/DATA2NPY/nii2npy.py#L21, whats mean of it transpose (1,0,2) rather than (0,1,2)
