大量报错，无法获取Steam物品信息，稍微debug了一下代码文件CheapSteam\ChpStmScraper\Program.cs line:155 ``` string steamApiUrl = $"https://steamcommunity.com/market/itemordershistogram?country=CN&language=schinese&currency=23&item_nameid={marketId}&two_factor=0"; var apiResult = httpService.Get(steamApiUrl); ``` 这个apiResult 一直是429，前面加了等待也还是一样的。前面的result是正常的200，不过这个时候`result.Headers`里会包含`set-cookie` 怀疑是不是Steam改了，需要加cookie才能发送steamApiUrl ？
