这个能解决Successful但是不显示通知的问题吗

466显示 Successful broadcast to 软件，但是软件不显示通知，一进入软件通知就出来了。instagram和YouTube有时会遇到。 即使是normal通知，开屏也应该会立即显示啊，但是没有。 我试了3个版本的instagram，包括修改版，开机自启但是没打开过的可以正常推送，日常使用的经常打开的反倒有几率不推送。
