There's a beta version of GoodTwitter that should fix this. Try this https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/goodtwitter-beta/ehjbcokpmfbmpjlldihlcbkoakikcomd after uninstalling regular GoodTwitter first.
This is set by a cookie. Once GoodTwitter is installed this is reset because it resets cookies. It shouldn't do this on every page though. Do you have more info?...
