why the "mean" equals to(104/256.0, 117/256.0, 123/256.0)? Is there any according about it? Please.

I noticed that there are no trained segmentation heads' weights for satellite imagery. So I wonder that how can i re-trained a segmentation head using my own imagery and labels....
