Hi, I know this issue has been around a bit. I just ran into it myself and wasn't happy with having to run azurite as admin so I kept digging...

I randomly reproduced this issue again by clearing out my NuGet cache. After getting everything rebuilt I was getting errors and had to delete those temp files again. Not sure...

Any containing element of `row > column [scrollbarY]` breaks the `scrollbarY`.

Here to do my part... Just spent the better part of the day trying to figure out why exactly none of these solutions were working for me. Finally downgraded 1.1.8...
