As I mentioned before - prefix 1CounterpartyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXUWLpV is not valid for BTC networks. There is no address that meets your request. Check if the problem exists with the given prefix...
Did you try with -g parameter ? Try add -g 1920,256 or 512,256 or 1920,128
