https://github.com/serverless/serverless-openwhisk/issues/103 Refer to this. After I configure this, it's OK # Exporting an environment variable `OW_APIGW_ACCESS_TOKEN` with the value of `APIGW_ACCESS_TOKEN` found in `.wskprops` property file fixes the problem.
