modified official.ts to use gpt-5 and set max_output_tokens

因为gpt-5不支持max_tokens，改写为max_output_tokens。另外，max_output_tokens包含reasoning，所以将长度设为5000，留出给reasoning的余地。gpt-5的温度也只支持1。
