I tested this with the exact same setup on my co workers server and our log files look exactly the same, his transcode also gets deleted but his playback doesn't...
I fixed this by completely disabling my pi-hole. I still don't understand why it happens when I use my Pi-Hole as DNS provider. NVM: still bugged.
