I think there are some quasi markdown formats out there that might be able to help with that e.g.slack has a modified version for their UI builder. I can research...

i have the same issue. i solved it by switching off auto send. when i'm done, i can take as looooong as i want, i just say "send message" and...
azure isn't as good as openai tts imo.. adding openai tts would be amazing cuz eleven labs became way too expensive for me lol
