I solved this by deleting my local ivy2 cache and running `sbt clean compile`

I can confirm what @Etrimus is saying - this was a wake-up call for me to rely on the '~' in front of my package version instead of the '^'

Wow, I definitely only looked in the devDependencies. I guess this tool is using gulp-util directly. Yeah I'll submit a pr shortly.
