Hi, is this issue still relevant? If so, I'd like to have a look at it. I'm also a first timer, and this seems like a good place to start!

I had this same issue, and was able to resolve it by changing the `channel_priority` in `~/.condarc` from `strict` to `flexible`. I'm not entirely why this behavior is happening though.

vot2019 download: File not available

I've had the same issue, when running `vot configure vot2019/rgbtir`. Is there any indication as to what might be causing it / a fix planned?
