Right Command is not working properly

When using CLI apps such as VIM or Tmux, the Right Command inputting string "Meta" in to the program rather than sending a meta signal.

Using tmux causes unexpected commands "1;2;"

When I try to launch tmux inside the Upterm, it gives me "1;2;"

Case insensitive on Huawei Device

After startubuntu, the file system is case insensitive. Device: Honor Waterplay HDN-W09 (HWHDN-H) Android 7

How to configure this plugin?
