Load pre-trained mode for training with a new dataset

Can I load the pre-trained mode for my owe training. And my owe dataset is different from the dataset which trained the pre-trained mode.

Is it support CUDA-16.04?

I just don't know why we must use the DET datasets? The DET datasets just for riching the datasets or have the special meaning ?
