Questions: Are there any existing query string parser for suggested filter operations in section 9.7.1 ?

@trshiv and @victorhugom I have added npm module [filter2dbquery](https://www.npmjs.com/package/filter2dbquery) to translate the filter expression into a MongoDb query.
