Any update? I suspect a compiler bug and am investigating. Nobody uses the latest C++ server code with msvc?
Probably this was due to VS2017's bad codegen and apparently it was fixed in VS2019. Microsoft won't fix VS2017. https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Bad-codegen-compiling-grpc-code-VS2017/10345588
