Sorry, but I haven't used ROS-TCP-Connector for quite a while. As far as I remember, the workaround I described above was the only solution I could get.
I have the same issue with Ubuntu Server 22.04.5, but actually I could use the same ISO file with QEMU/KVM via virt-manager. So I think this is just an issue...
