i think it should only be added within the project you using, not as default colors. You've add options you most liked, others may not agree with then, it's easier...
try adding tailwind with `pnpm dlx astro add tailwind`. I think this error occurred because tailwind.config file wasn't created Applying all manual steps and then running `pnpm dlx shadcn-ui@latest init`...
