- also observed on some running Keyper outside these intervals
- add newly added DKG metrics on the DKG dashboard (number of messages sent and received for each Keyper and message type)
- restricting data source access - grafana update
- sharing the dashboard credentials with the Keypers - add credentials on public dashboard - share with the Keypers
Note to move the schema updates to the migration folder to allow keypers on v1.3.13 to update to v1.4 Issue: https://github.com/shutter-network/rolling-shutter/issues/645
- test that keys can be decrypted after a DKG (before the release)
