已经解决，通过直接在 cnfont.el 里添加中文字体的名称（注意：不能是直接中文名称，须是 emacs 识别的字体名称，寻找方法是启用 counsel-font，选择好中文字体，即可复制到配置文件里。）  现在，我的 org 文件里的「标签」终于对齐。
