We have not attempted to test out or implement cross-compilation in our cmake build - this is not a use-case we have arrived at internally for our cmake build. So...
I'm sure it could be cross-compiled - it's just that we don't cross-compile internally using the cmake build system since we primarily use buck as our build system internally.
That isn't really on the radar right now, unfortunately. Most cases that use folly from github just require the cmake build as-is.

From an intuition level, it seems like the ref-view-ness from `zip` is not being passed through `concat`.
