I'm sure it could be cross-compiled - it's just that we don't cross-compile internally using the cmake build system since we primarily use buck as our build system internally.

That isn't really on the radar right now, unfortunately. Most cases that use folly from github just require the cmake build as-is.

From an intuition level, it seems like the ref-view-ness from `zip` is not being passed through `concat`.
