Same problem here, just waited for a whole day and the app still freezes. Deleted all cards containing latex and code blocks after reopening it, but the problem persists.

I'd love to see this function implemented too, it'd be super helpful!
希望能增强与Obsidian的整合，能直接拖拽thino卡片的引用到其它页面( #686 )，或能快速复制它的引用链接( #441 )。 如果不能快捷地进入Ob笔记体系的话，就太零碎化了。
Love this, would seriously make my workflow so much smoother! btw, you can edit preview popups in place now with Obsidian 1.7 without needing to use the hover editor.
