Language support

As mentioned in the source TODOs, the language code needs to be updated once libnx supports get-language. Also need to figure out NACP [languages](http://switchbrew.org/index.php?title=Control.nacp#Language_Entry).

Gfx support: works with libnx apps but hangs during vsync due to the double-waitsync(manually disabling the second waitsync works with gfx-double-buffering still enabled), while official apps crash at some point...
