Documentation For Local Deployment Without using Docker

I could not find any documentation on how to bring server and it's UI up and running without using Docker. Please add the docs for stand-alone server deployment.

I have a Wakapi local service which is exactly like wakatime server. other IDEs like Intellij and VsCode work fine but this extension does not work with wakapi.
