Were you able to reproduce the issue ?
So you're not even trying to reload the page and see if it gets to the anchor ? That's what I explain in my screencast It might be an issue...

Looking at the dates, it seems docker hub should be updated with that fix, but I still have `server certificate verification failed.` when pulling git requirements for example.
