The 'ascii' encoding cannot open images whose file names contain special characters

Test environment： win10 python3.8.10 pylibtiff0.4.4 filename: 483×55³MDI.tif site-packages\libtiff\libtiff_ctypes.py", line 489, in open tiff = libtiff.TIFFOpen(filename, mode.encode('ascii')) ctypes.ArgumentError: argument 1: : wrong type 

不知道能否增加GPU版本的支持

能够切换版本，以加速识别效率。

有的话希望下个版本更新能够加入这个输出参数

下面这张图，总是识别不到这两行文本 《人，王露经常会选用这样的开场白：“您老人家好啊，听说今》 《一律的“你好”“久仰”更能打动人心，为接下来的交流创造出》  但我用Umi-OCR是能正常识别到的 下面是我识别异常返回的结果，缺了一行  图片清晰度我认为没问题，并且截图再识别又能识别得到那行字  版本1.4.1
