Yep, have looked into sources and realised it got to have to do with that accumulator map. Btw confirmed on 1.9 too :)
But the issue is pretty minor so worth to be docked for ttb as known issue I think
Think this is an issue with brew, sometimes it caches incorrect dependencies in the db. Saw it several times, had to reinstall the package with bogus dependency.
From the docs it seems the method is made private
