Unable to send code to card by alt+return with vim visual mode selection. Yet, It works if I enter the insert mode and select by mouse.

輸入法在其他應用程式中，會突然無法載入。例如：在safari使用一段時間後，輸入法會突然按下任何鍵都沒有反應，此時在menubar點開輸入法沒有menuitem會被載入，但重啟應用程式後（不是重啟輸入法） ，輸入法會恢復正常。
