Product attribute option lookup is not case sensitive

Let's say you have SKU1 in the DB and sku1 in the import set. It looks like fastsimpleimport goes: - fetch sku1 -> mysql gets SKU1 (as it's case insensitive)...

Getting no results with Solr 7.5

I had to switch to solr 6.6.5 + java 8 as per the listed requirements to get this working - I tried 7.5 first too but the provided solr configuration...

Layout updates to handle customer_logged_in that make changes to default handle do not work with ESI blocks:

Doesn't look like it, I'm going to try and patch this this week.
