I install requirement.txt,and found this bug(torch_geometric=1.7.0)
I try it,but find a new bug.Maybe numpy version is bug? 
emm,I try numpy = 1.15, 1.19.0 , 1.19.3, 1.19.5, 1.22 ,but I meet this bug or anther bug(importError: SA ……) or the first bug.
