Did someone find what's the CPU?

I couldn't run it needs ajustments.
I could'n upload the file using existing u-boot.
This is what I installed but it's not loading it stucks on "boting..."It may be missing my ram or SPI , I need to use standart bootloader.
my rtl8196e has build in ram in SOC.
Updated to version Agent DVR v.3.9.8.0 same behavior but now I selected None in decoder options. Also The CPU is really high ~75% and when I stop it goes to...
