Apart from headphone recognition I got all the functions I need working. To get max volume from the mic of the ES8388 unit it requires to enable AGC.

I think the question is not about the amp, to increase the mic input sensitivity AGC (Automatic Gain Control) needs to be enabled. Unfortunately it is not possible to increase...
