When 7zip is installed via scoop, the extraction will fail as it's not able to locate the 7zip exe. Maybe you could add a line in the config for 7zip...

The track numbers padding is insufficient when you have a double digit amount of subtitle tracks or audio tracks 

Adds config option to enable layouts on newly created tag tabs automatically I imagine a lot of people use layouts for every single tag tab, so this seems useful.
