Can't run npm 8.11.0 on Openshift/OKD

Having this issue as well. npm command returning nothing. Downgrade to different node version then only can uses npm. Do you have any solution?

Successfully installed detectron2 on Win10

Thank you, works for me also. But in my case before install pycocotools, I need to install cython first.
