Support DRI3 in libva

DRI3 is the latest Direct Rendering Infrastructure. So far libva only supports DRI2. Due to lack of support for DRI3, user experienced some issues, e.g. https://github.com/01org/libva/issues/79

The SDK doesn't set mfxExtVideoSignalInfo::VideoFullRange for jpeg decoding.

call `MFXVideoDECODE_DecodeHeader` with an attached `MFX_EXTBUFF_VIDEO_SIGNAL_INFO` buffer for jpeg decoding, however mfxExtVideoSignalInfo::VideoFullRange is not set for a full-range jpeg file.

jpeg decoder can't output 444P format for YUV444 jpeg file

vaapi: set AYUV mfxFrameData by XYUV VAImage

The latest media driver may use XYUV for 444 8bit decoding.

The session is created for query only, so it needn't too many threads

Please do not close/merge this PR. I use this PR to re-run pre-check only for upstreaming patches
