The lock-free circular queue currently requires one extra page in its internal ringbuffer to work properly

there is a problem in the algorithm when the tail reaches the head while the head is being updated. I applied a quick fix which should make your test work...

ht_foreach_value return remove, will lose item

Thanks! The fix is in 1ab7aec75fdb3e65e11aefbd6ea017e7dcdcd8bf I also added a test which was reproducing the issue before fixing the code in hashtable.c
