Wow, this is old. I forgot if I tested it, but does [SkinsRestorer](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/skinsrestorer.2124/) change the TabList-Skin?
I don't know a running Mod for für newest Versions. But I think I got it working for Premium Players with [FastLogin](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/fastlogin.14153/) and [SkinsRestorer](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/skinsrestorer.2124/).
