I had to switch Discords Audio Subsystem to "Experimental" to use this Plugin, maybe that'll fix your issue.

Yeah that's kind of what i thought, i'm using PresentMon in detached windowed mode for that reason. What i didn't know is that it can be normal in some games...
I guess there is also the concern of VR reprojection, motion smoothing and a whole bunch of other VR specific things in the end that would interfere with proper data...
