Goma fail when run command e build

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (Build 18362) Node: v12.18.0 NPM: 6.14.6 Yarn: 1.22.5 python:2.7.16  I have install pywin32 but it still get this error ,how can I fix this?

没有加载anysdk的时候，不要一直报错

我们在没有加载ansydk和cocosAnalytics的时候，会用反射去调用anysdk和analytics的东西，找不到就抛出异常，这样看起来我们好像很不专业，一个工程没干嘛就不要抛出异常了。   希望能够加上判断或者保护之类的代码，让没有加载anysdk或者analytics的时候，不去执行那些操作，避免报错。 @minggo @jareguo @drelaptop
