Temporary files should not be placed into home directory

The `$XDG_CACHE_HOME` (`~/.cache` default) or `$XDG_DATA_HOME` (`~/.local/share` default) suit it much better. Not a big deal but still would be nice to fix. Seems related to #615. Thanks.

Define special meta marker for OS window nodes, exclude such nodes from variable tracker module. Resolves #206.
