Why is Three.js not in JavaScript top 100 for stars?

I've noticed Three.js is top 100 in github for stars (https://github.com/EvanLi/Github-Ranking/blob/master/Top100/Top-100-stars.md, ranked #45), but it's not listed in the the top 100 for javascript?
