@gobadiah it seems to me the main problem was in Kubernetes API or Kubernetes Proxy. I reinstalled Kubernetes.

@FxKu I know that. Logical backup run only docker image, execute backup and stops. It works this same as run psql local. I think that it doesn't matter how connecting...
