数据精度丢失

使用flinkcdc读取mysql的float类型是数据丢失精度   并且当mysql的数据为date类型时，获取出来的数据为一个五位数的数字

Ksql不带分区条件查询异常

 如图：紧急在存在where条件下且包含分区字段条件时查询不报错，其他语句均会报错，efak版本为2.1.0
