You're right about `nyt_delegate_allocation`, though none of our currently live pages are using it (maybe it was dropped from an overrides file at some point and never made it back...

Add setting to ensure that linked assets are present in parent folder

And it's not just print, web updates also get bogged down with this workflow issue, too. I think ai2html could help us catch these before they happen if it warned...
