Simply by commenting out the google-cloud-sdk-gke-gcloud-auth-plugin, the docker image builds again with `docker build --target backstage-app-local --tag kpt-backstage-plugins .` Could it be that this plugin has been incorporated into google-cloud-sdk?

It would seem the CHANGELOG file is not being updated anymore?
